Northeast NC II: Beaufort, Camden, Chowan, Currituck, Dare, Edgecombe, Hyde, Martin, Pasquotank, Perquimans, Tyrrell, and Washington counties.
Northeastern Partnership: Northeast NC I and II regions combined.
