Cancer Survivorship

A patient navigator is a trained professional who helps guide a patient through the healthcare system, which may include help going through the screening, diagnosis, treatment and follow-up of cancer.
Patient navigators may also help patients communicate with healthcare providers, insurance companies, employers, case managers, and/or lawyers to assist patients in obtaining emotional, social, legal or financial support.
Did you work with one or more patient navigator at any point during or after the course of your cancer treatment?*
