*The definition includes (list of recommended CRC tests): 1) had a blood stool test within the past year, or 2) had a sigmoidoscopy within the past 5 years, or 3) had a colonoscopy within the past 10 years, or 4) had a stool DNA test within the past three years, or 5) had a virtual colonoscopy within the past five years.

**History of cardiovascular disease includes history of heart attack or coronary heart disease or stroke.

†Chronic diseases include heart disease (heart attack/stoke/angina), current asthma, skin cancer, other cancer, COPD, arthritis, depression, kidney disease and diabetes.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to changes in the weighting methodology and other factors, results from 2022 are NOT comparable to 2010
and earlier years.
