AH Adult Health Clinical services to adults not captured in another state program. Examples include Adult Physicals, Diabetes, Hypertension, and Weight Management Programs. Code is used when PC code is not selected.
BCCCP (BS-CS) Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program (Breast Cancer Screening - Cervical Cancer Screening) Breast and/or Cervical screening as a component of BCCCP (Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Program).
CH Child Health Clinical services provided to children (under 21 years of age) under the Child Health Program.
DH Dental Health Dental services provided under the Dental Health Program.
EH Environmental Health In-home lead investigations (T-1029).
EP Epidemiology Clinical services provided under the General Communicable Disease Program (not STD, TB and HIV).
FP Family Planning Clinical services provided under the Family Planning Program.
IM Immunization Immunizations provided to children and adults in the Immunization Clinic.

SH School Health School health services provided in the health department, schools, or community with local or state public health funding.
