  • The 988 Lifeline is a national network of local crisis centers that provides free and confidential emotional support to people in suicidal crisis or emotional distress 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the United States.

  • This effort between Proof Alliance and The Arc of North Carolina is aimed at expanding programming to support planned, alcohol-free pregnancies.

La Leche League International Hotline

  • Answers questions on breastfeeding. Aims to help mothers worldwide to breastfeed through mother-to-mother support, encouragement, information, and education, and to promote a better understanding of breastfeeding as an important element in the healthy development of the baby and mother.

National Domestic Violence Hotline

  • Offers counseling and support for women who are being hurt by someone they know.
  • Will help women make plans to be safe.

Planned Parenthood
