Trends Data

Child Health Assessment and Monitoring Program (CHAMP)

Trends data tables present the overall state estimate for a survey item by survey year for each year that the item is included on the survey. Although some items are assessed every year the survey is administered, not all items are assessed each survey year. Stratification of survey items (e.g., by sex, race, ethnicity, etc.) is available under the Annual Survey Results for each specific survey year.

NOTE: When comparing prevalence rates across years, it is recommended to also take note of the confidence intervals. If the confidence intervals overlap, the difference is not statistically significant.
