The State Center for Health Statistics (SCHS) worked with the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner (OCME) to track unintentional poisoning deaths. The following maps show OCME data, by county for combined years and by North Carolina Association of Local Health Directors (NCALHD) Regions for single years.
